This is the Playtika Privacy Notice (the “Privacy Notice” or “Notice”). This Notice sets out how Playtika collect, use, share, and protect personal information. In this Privacy Notice, when we refer to “Playtika” we mean Playtika Holding Corp. and its subsidiary companies. Any reference to “us” or “we” is a reference to “Playtika”.

In different countries there are different definitions of “personal information” and “personal data”. In this Privacy Notice we use “information” to refer to any information that can be used to identify an individual.

The sections below set out the different types of information we may collect, how we may collect and use information, as well as your rights. Playtika owns and operates several games which can be played via app, social media integration (such as Facebook) or website. When you use one of our Services, such as interacting with us or playing one of our games, we collect information about you. Most of this information comes directly from you or your device.

When you download and play one of our games via an app, visit our websites or use our other Services, we collect information about you. We collect this information to create your account and facilitate gameplay, enable in-game purchases, and provide technical support. We also collect this information for other purposes as explained in this Privacy Notice.

The information we collect may include information such as your email address and other personal details that you provide to us. It also includes technical information about the device you use, such as the type of device you are using and your IP address. In addition, it may include information about your gameplay, such as the level you have reached in a game. We may also receive some information from third parties, such as your profile picture and name if you log-in to a Playtika game via Facebook or another platform.

To provide you with our Services, we may share information about you within Playtika, or with our service providers and business partners for analytics, marketing, and other business purposes. Some information about you may also be accessed by other users on our Services, such as the information on your player profile.

We may use and share with our service providers and business partners information such as device identifiers and in-game events to run, measure and optimize our marketing campaigns (for example, show advertisements for our Services on other websites or apps).

In addition, some of our Services include adverts from third party advertisers. These advertisers may collect and share some information, such as whether you click the advert, to assist with the functionality and targeting of adverts.

We record whether you have consented to receiving promotional and marketing communications from us. If you have consented to receive marketing communications from us by email or text messages for example, we will use information we have collected about you and your interests, as well as your contact information to send you our marketing materials. Some of these marketing materials may also be delivered via our apps or in-game notifications.

This section contains some further information about how we look after your information, including how we keep your information secure, how long we hold your information for and the circumstances in which we may transfer your information internationally.

We are committed to complying with child protection laws. On some of our games we use age gates to prevent children from accessing our Services. Some of our games (including Best Fiends and Best Fiends Stars) have restricted access versions which we make available when children attempt to play or set up an account, which have limited game features and data processing.

We may use cookies and other technologies to collect information about how you use our Service and website to assist us with things like improving our Service and targeting our advertising.
